Where do I find an invoice for my order? We email you an invoice for your order as soon as you place an order. You can also find invoices in your Order History of the My Account section when you are logged in.


Do you keep our logo and layout from old orders? Yes.


What file format should I send my logo in? The best format is a vector file such as PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, however if you aren't sure send whatever you have and we can look at it and let you know if it will work.


What shipping options do you offer? Free shipping over $25 in the USA with options for faster delivery, see the Shipping page for all the details.


Do you offer Rush Service? Yes, please contact us ahead of ordering to confirm the best way to proceed.

Where is the USA grown bamboo from? We harvest and process this bamboo here in Durham, NC, USA.


Can you create a layout before I place an order so I can see what it will look like? Yes, simply email your logo, sample name and text to be engraved along with the size and option you are interested in.
