Place your order online at your convenience by making a secure payment with a credit card.
During checkout you will have the option to save your payment information making future orders easier, when reordering you will receive a code via text at checkout to enter to authorize payment.
Once you place an order you will receive an Order Confirmation Email with an Invoice attached as a .pdf file. You can also access this invoice under the My Account section Order History when you are logged in.
Production time on orders varies, but we try to get out small orders same day or next day while larger orders may take 3 to 8 business days. If you need an order by a certain date please check with us ahead of ordering.
You can include the text to be engraved in the Customization box when ordering online or you can email a spreadsheet or list to sales@namebadgers.com
We will send you a layout to review, we will only move ahead with engraving once you have given final approval.
We are more than happy to email multiple rounds of layout revisions as needed to make sure the layout is exactly what you want.
As soon as your order is completed we will email you with the tracking information for your package delivery.
If you are a new customer/taking over ordering for a company or organization that has used us in the past, you can reference the name of the organization and we will be happy to use the layout on file.
We always keep all logos and layouts on file so matching previous orders is a given.
