Free UPS 2nd Day Air on orders over $250.
We only ship orders within the USA and Canada.
For orders under $25 we charge a flat shipping charge of $3.95 for USPS First Class Mail. You can also choose UPS for any order under $250 and pay a flat $8 charge. For fastest delivery you can also choose the UPS Rush Shipping option, see below for more info on rush service.
USPS shipping takes 2 to 6 days depending on how far away you are from our location in Durham, NC and how far away from a major city you are. In rare instances delivery may take longer than 6 days.
Shipping times for UPS depends on the distance from our location in NC but are more reliable than USPS, typically 2 to 4 days.
For shipping to Canada please contact us ahead of ordering for information and options.
Small orders typically ship same day or next day with layout approval. Larger orders may take 5 to 7 days. We can provide a more clear timeline ahead of ordering based on current work load and the size of the order.
If you need to place an order and ship to multiple locations please contact us and we will advise you on how to do that.
RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLE: If you need your order by a certain date, please confirm ahead of ordering.
You can choose the UPS Rush Service during checkout, this will upgrade the shipping of your order to UPS Next Day Air, please keep in mind that we still need time to create your order, but once it is ready to send, we can send it to you so you receive in by the next business day.
All UPS options typically arrive earlier in the day to business addresses and later in the day to residential addresses.
